The shoes I buy from Trotters are comfortable, fit well and are attractive. That says a lot for a lady who has a real challenge fitting 6.5 N sized feet. Sometimes I have noticed that there isn't as much cushion as I would like, since I am on my feet all day but the Meg style is great.

Service & Delivery comments:

Many women enjoy buying shoes. But I have narrow feet (6.5N) so finding shoes that fit has never been fun for me, until I found Trotters. I didn't think I would like buying shoes online and not being able to try them on first, but so far, that has not been a problem. Every pair I have bought has fit perfectly. Customer service e-mails are answered effectively and the deliveries have been correct and prompt too.
