I use this shoe style frequently because the shoes are so comfortable. They are made of leather and wear well in all weather conditions. So, I bought a second pair of the same style. I highly recommend the Doris style for comfort and style.

They fit very well but aftr being on my feet all day sometimes my feet swell and I could use just a bit of a wider fit across the top by having a wider expansion of the elastic

For at least ten years, these shoes have continually been an important part of my wardrobe. They project an image of a strong, successful, professional woman. They can be worn with a suit/skirt (with dark hose) or with slacks. They are even comfortable enough to be worn in casual setting with a pair of jeans. I especially appreciate the extra wide width. I plan to keep these shoes in my closet forever!

I wanted something to wear with nice jeans or skirts that was casual, but with a small heel. It has just a bit more style than a flat loafer would have. Very comfortable and all purpose. Can dress it up or down. I bought the shoe in both black and brown.

The first time I bought these was on a trip in CA. I put them on and they were immediately perfectly comfortable. I did a lot of walking on that trip, and my feet felt fine. They look great--I wear them to work everyday with pants, dresses--whatever the day calls for. When the old pair wore out, I replaced them a new pair of the same kind...I love Doris. (And then I bought other kinds because Trotters has such consistently great quality!)
